the purpose of life
some say it is the accumulation -
of bits of knowledge, like copper,
turns gold - or sand grainy in one fleshy
lump and teeth cracks. unforeseen consequences
of too much pleasure. some say the coat represents
the identity, judge a book by it's cover. they rush
to any avenues where silky garments is taken
to be the good life. others believe in moderation
take a slight tentative bite on caramel biscuits before
chewing fastidiously. critics say the damage is still done
when organs rebel from too much of a pleasurable thing.
i think the fuzzy line stretches forth like the sea, only appears

a swirling mass of electric currents - brainstorming within, a trade off
when an identity gets stolen for a possession. later on, the gold makers
try to redo self image with many fabricated threads on silk worms
no longer spinning. they've grown groggy from the massive work load
of which the masters demand. more. and never enough because that
is the nature of a spirit, greed. meanwhile the sleuth warrior has taken off
with a piece of heart, a slice of a soul worth eternity. it counts for nothing

like hands grasping for god. but god is not found in a gold cloth.
consolation prizes are spectacular enough for the brave to rush through
an expanding universe - turning to ice. frozen mad men in a state of inertia
then the space contracted, with fire burning down gold. lifeless gold. cranks away,
an alarm sounds, some turn to the exterior, others to the sacred, and sacred
is just another illusion said those on the bench. risk averse players bought insurance,
declared their faith to all gods in case. of. i am not sure what they are buying
because the sleuth theft has in his bag a whole bunch of marbles given freely.
