the narcissist

October 8, 2025 · Spirit

how i too wished it could be different he said to his reflection rehearsed an infinite amount of times he no longer wants to count when the world has dashed by leaving him all alone. ALONE! what disgrace, what tragedy, what a dishonor and his claim is right, that he should be made whole! whole, what is it? his mind scrambles to make sense of what is logic, for logic is told by politicians he does not trust, for they have sided with those that benefits them, understandably. who wouldn't choose that route? it is the easiest path ... ... therefore all other paths are jealousy, who can fight a label when power is a the fuel? none, none, none, says the dead one buried, none, none, none till the living man cries out, let me off! please, but pleas are for weaklings and the narcissist is emboldened, he knows how the die will roll out for he has seen it one too many times! win, win, win give no quarter for those who lose and cry on moral or religious grounds, then the whips comes, he digs his heels deeper into the sand, for sand is what he has always known a world quite erratic and mad, this is for me, he says when the world blinks not when win, win, win is the only battle cry out there. why do you think people rebel? for insanity? of please, he says. and you know what, he feels just like me.
