Enlightened anyone?

April 28, 2025 · Paths

Lilith meets Val on the intersection of a lush forest and a cold stone, a piece of memory that tears the heart when Val can see, hear, listen it is so acute, so vibrant, and he does not want to have the sight or hearing when knowing is more painful and redemption

The hidden road

September 27, 2023 · Paths

Herein lies the secret, come close, you're still too far away, closer now, closer, I will not bite, yes. The closeness shrouds your vision, the senses warped, your mind is already in the process of becoming transformed for the road that is hidden spells many fantastic novelties, of ghouls wrapped up in Christmas paper and tied neatly with cute ribbons because that is the way of enticement, and the road

Delightful Temptations

September 26, 2023 · Paths

What joy, what an experience, to delve into the heart of matters, to taste of candies behind locked drawers and of secrets stolen in the midnight hours, where friends become kindreds and the temporary bliss becomes

Sadness

September 26, 2023 · Paths

I have come too far to lose it all. And though it has been a path of lies, I will carry on for the cost will be too much, the smiles I place for those to see, how they judge and they will always find my wall impenetrable because I have locked all my doors that lie a weakness. I may be weak but my enemies will never know. Who are my enemies you ask. Everyone who judges and thus my burden is great for which man does not judge?

Future Shock

September 26, 2023 · Paths

Anything is possible and yet ill luck seems to have grasped me tightly, and I am sinking with the spell, this damnation that shocks my body I cannot remain placid though pretend otherwise I will. The joys and delights turn to misery when I find that nothing is predictable and the predictable I never wanted becomes a chore, boring and stale and yet I have to take a bath and it is a bath that will never come. Staleness in my flesh, my spirit, my heart and each day becomes more and more of a worry, a loathsome thing to behold because I have seen too much, know too much, experienced too much and I am tired of your lies.

The memory lane

September 26, 2023 · Paths

Silhouettes, oh is it my own shadow mocking? I do not remember, do not know, do not want to know for knowledge has kept me a prisoner. I loved freedom and the more I know, the more I have become burdened with the baggage that comes with "read between the lines," is it just me? That between the lines is straight from hell, to make the path easier for those who invented this horrendous game? I try not to ponder too much as my head has been having migraines for a long while now. I need to rest. Memories. What use is there of it when it has led me to the mismatch? This mismatch of reality and memory, of what I believe and what is. Alas, the times has pushed on, like waves and the sands they are now gone back into the deep recesses, the recesses of the ocean, my mind gone green.

The ? door

September 26, 2023 · Paths

It says it all doesn't it? Open and find out what lies within. Come all you curious observers and no matter how you pry and sniff about, you will not find the contents. No scent from outside. I keep my gems carefully. Knock and you will find. I never said it is what you seek. It is what you thought you would find. And in the end, isn't that the very nature of words? Come now, make haste, the clock ticks and you are sitting on the fence. Quite unpleasant I imagine. Painful even. Perhaps you should walk away. But wait. You will always wonder. What if? If, in your dying days, you may have wished you had more pluck. To find out those adventures you dearly seek. Never did. Here is your chance. Open. It is easy really. Just twist the handle and you will find I am accommodating. I don't like the fence, like you, I too find that waiting can be exhaustive.

The dark road

September 26, 2023 · Paths

Cold, chilly and frost like, the path of the dead souls stretched for miles. No a breath of fresh air, the plants gave off scents of decay and the sun was a sickly green. A castle loomed before the road and a door was bared open. Blackness covered the entrance and it was impossible to see what lay within.

The paths have opened

September 18, 2023 · Paths

Out of the many roads, the forks have twisted and finally converged and it becomes a lot more clear now where trails begin and end. Road well paved with stones and flowers on each side line up the north eastern path and the trails are filled with soft mud, squishy earth that threatens to sink when weight is applied.
